Founded in 1997, South Nekon gained 19 national patents until 2018 in ultrasonic machine R&D field such as; hot melt machine, hot riveting machine and ultrasonic metal spot machine etc. It has been the training base of several universities, such as, Chongqing University, and Hubei University etc.

Standard plastic welder
These machines have different frequency such as 20KHZ/15KHZ/28KHZ/35KHZ/31KHZ/40KHZ. Each machine with the corresponding frequency and power is selected according to different products.
Hot plate welder & vibration friction welder:
It’s used for automotive and home appliances as well as household profiled large area welding products. Such as car front lamp and rear lamp, hood, balance ring, smart toilet seat etc.
Ultrasonic metal welder:
Mainly used for battery positive and negative welding, automotive wiring harness, wire, electromagnetic switch, pipe sealing and so on.
